Black Pepper one tablespoon (or as you like)
Garlic one clove (or as you like)

Vegetable Salad 70 g. total energy 28 kcal

(Add any vegetables that you like in your salad: lettuce, rocket salad, tomato, carrot, olives etc.)

Boiled egg1 energy 75 kcal

Instruction:

  1. Wash and prepare vegetables.
  2. Marinate the chicken in garlic, salt and black pepper 30 minute.
  3. Mix yogurt with salt and perilla oil. Pour over the salad vegetables.
  4. Grill (or fry) your marinated chicken and add to the salad.
